Juniper Credit Card complaint by Vanessa
I accepted this card with a $3000 limit, which I called and verified before I activated it. I used the convenience check to pay off a balance on another credit card. Come to find out two weeks later, my limit is now $300 and the check I used was returned and my other cc company is charging me fees for a bounced check. I found this out by logging on to the Juniper website to manage my account. It's a good thing I did so that I could take care of this now before it got worse. This has never happened to me before, I closed down the account today!

Some of the complaints I agree with and others I don't. DB does save money on various items, but they don't tell you about the hidden fees. Like a piece of furniture I was going to purchase had a price for shipping of $300 and still made the price over all lower than the store. The catch was it had to be delivered to the DB warehouse and then I had to get it home myself. This is wehere the unfair sales piece comes to play. Many people are thinking the items come to their house directly, but only some items do and others go to the DB warehouse and then you have to spend additional money in picking it up. The wait time is also long. 4-10 weeks on average for an item, that you can go to a store and pick it up or delivered within a week to week and a half. I guess just like in live if it smells to go to be true it probably is. DB needs to explain more about the the fees and wait time in their presentations. The finance company for DB is very expensive in their fees. Don't ever finance with Beta Finance their interest is not what I originally signed up for. They are a ripoff.

I need to cancel the Juniper credit card I applied for and never received in the mail....I read all these reviews on here about how awful Juniper is and am now worried that my info is out there for abuse! Their customer service is terrible....please, can somebody tell me who to call to cancel this card that I never even received?!!! Thank you!!!

After 6 years, they lowered my credit limit for no reason (I never paid late on any credit account).

So I just logged in and paid off the balance ($300 which I guess is considered high risk to them since I only have a 6 figure salary ;-) ) I will take my business elsewhere and close this account.
