they just suck...that is all that need be said. i have dealt with at least 15 different credit card companies and they are beyond all others the far worst i have ever dealt with.
avoid using them at all costs....
even with my near perfect credit, once i missed 1 payment in the course of 4 years of dealing with them, they raised the rate to 30% and would not negotiate with me. this was, of course, after i failed to get my statement that they failed to mail me....but they didnt care about that part, of course.
