Juniper Credit Card complaint
In January I paid my balance with Juniper and I sent a letter stating that I wanted the card cancelled. The next month I get a bill for 39.00, then the month after and then after my new bill is now 117.00. I get my bills electronically so I didn't really pay alot of attention to it until this month (may fault) when I called them and asked why the big balance they told me that I could not send a letter to the place the you send your payments to to cancel..When I asked then where do you send it to they have no logical answer and its not on the back of the e-bill just like it would be n=on the actual paper bill no one can tell me where the letter should have been sent. They claim that I must still pay this balance regardless and they cancelled my card finally.
