In April when I was over the limit for $50.49 cents + an over the limit fee for $39.00 - in May Juniper asked for a payment of $36.26, then charged me an additional $39.00 on the next bill for the overlimit fee. I didn't realize that I have been charged $39.00 am month since April. As of now I found out that my over the limit amount was now $117.25. This includes all the over the limit fees and they jacked up my interest rate from 9 to26%. When you call, you get people that are working from the philippines. Our unemployee rate is up there, yet they are paying people from other countries to take these calls.
