I just paid Barclay bank, aka Juniper off, and they paid themselves twice and now my mortgage payment is going to bounce because I don't have enough money in my account. They say it's my fault! I hit the wrong button.
They also say that they will send me a refund check...in two weeks. Too bad my mortgage payment is due in a couple of days!
We have called them twice trying to get them to either credit my account so I can use cash advance or cut me a check, but they say they can do nothing for at least 5-10 days. We paid them last Friday so it has already been 5 days and my account still doesn't reflect the payment over the phone that we made.
