closed my account over limit fees

I have had their card for almost 5 years and never late or missed a payment just closed it 4 months ago and now I have had 4 overlimit charges put on every month because they said that I'm not making the payments I should to avoid it. I called their LACK of customer service to find out what was going on and they said that my finance charge was putting the account so therefor they have every right to charge me $39.00 for a .85 over the limit. I wish I could afford to just pay them off I truly believe they are the biggest rip off company out there and can not wait to be rid of them for good!! Please if you are considering getting a credit card think twice before you get theres
