In my May 16th statement I had a situation where I accidently went over my credit line limit and was charged a $39.00 fee.

Ok, I was guilty for the first time in the 3 years I was with Juniper, and I have never been late too. I bit the bullet and paid more then double my bill on my due date of June 9th. This should have kept me about $40.00 under my limit even with my next months charges. They charged me another $39.00 on my June bill because I didn't immediately notice the error before I got my May bill and pay it by the May 16th billing date.

The customer service, haha, rep and her 'Supervisor' told me that since the June billing had already begun on May 17th I crossed into a new billing cycle and had to pay another $39.00, eventhough the due date wasn't until June 9th. Which, again, I paid ontime and more then double the amount.

Now this is not the only thing that happened. They skyrocketed my interest rate for my 2nd over the limit charge in 6 months. So not only have they milked me of another $39.00, but they are now getting more money in interest. Not for long, I am paying them off next month, and I already canceled the card and told them to stick it, but in a nicer way.

The 'Supervisor' only had to remove the 1 $39.00 fee and return my interest rate to normal and I would have continued to be a happy client. She unfortunately thought it would be better to provoke me into an arguement and tell me that if I didn't like it I should fax the Chief Executive Lloyd Wirshea at 866-823-8178. Which is exactly what I will be doing.
