Can't even get an approval notice

I applied for a juniper card at apple and get something telling me my request is being processed! One week later same thing. Long time mac user and need a new one because i do web work. What in the world am I supposed to do if I can't even get an approval to purchase online with these guys? I'm at my wits end!
If anyone has a suggestion about anyone else to go with please let me know.
I love apple but i can't for the life of me figure out why it takes so long to let me know of my approval.
